The Triple Crème Germain is an extremely soft cheese made from cow’s milk. This can be explained by the addition of milk cream during the production of the cheese. Underneath the white mold rind, the Triple Crème reveals a very soft and creamy cheese with a subtle, buttery texture and a soft and delicious flavor.
